Life Story for
Tony H. Tingle, age 66, of Milton, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2017 at his residence. Born September 22, 1951 in LaGrange, Kentucky, he was the son of Tommy and Edith (Purvis) Tingle.
Mr. Tingle graduated from Henry County, Kentucky, High School, and earned an associate degree in business from IVY Tech Community College in Madison. He formerly worked for Conn Organ in Madison, formerly owned and operated Tingle's Satellite and C & T Grocery, both in Milton, and retired in 2002 as a maintenance leader at the Wise's Landing plant of Louisville Gas & Electric in Bedford, Kentucky.
He married the former Ceneita McQueary in 1998 in New Castle, Kentucky.
He was of the Methodist faith, and attended Milton United Methodist Church. He enjoyed singing and playing his guitar, computers, fishing on his bass boat, dirt track racing and was a family-oriented man, who loved being with his grandchildren..
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Ceneita; four daughters: Vicki McQueary of Milton, Melondie Sullivan of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, Brittany Smith of Clarksville, Tennessee and Summer Tingle of Fayetteville, Arkansas; two sons: Michael Tingle of Bedford and Brandon Savage of Indianapolis, Indiana; one brother, Phillip Tingle of Independence, Missouri; twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Betty Martin Tingle on February 9, 1998; one son, Shannon Tingle on July 4, 2016; one brother, Jimmy Tingle; and two sisters: Zelma Bramblett and Doris Fender.
No services will be held.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to any Hospice organization. Contributions may be made at any of the Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service locations.
